Patent leather is a heavy addition as the red sleek design on these is really noticeable. It appears that there is a red logo Supreme at the toe region on the shoes that sorta resembles the shape of a red sock. The Air Max branding shows up on the tongue of these shoes. The sneaker features good stability and has a great traction tread on the shoe. There is a supreme branded tab on the back.
