Nike Shows Off Kobe 11 "Lower Merion" Upcoming Release

The Nike brand has been releasing lot's of sneakers recently. The NBA playoffs are coming up and teams regular seasons are coming to a close. The Lakers probably have no chance to make the playoffs so this shoe comes at a untimely release. The sneaker pays tribute to Kobe's old high school, Lower Merion High School, that was his former school before making his way straight into the NBA Draft.

The new sneaker for Kobe is based on his 11th signature shoe with Nike. This colorway is a grey/red sneaker that is more of a low model that is built around lifestyle/runner type sneaker. The sneaker features comforted insoles and breathable mesh-like materials. The sneaker features a strong traction design and has a white midsole and outsole. The sneaker features a playing card's heart mark on the heel of the shoe with a red swoosh on the side. Take a look below.

The sneaker is reported to be dropping April 9. Retail price hasn't exactly been reported on the shoe, however, the shoe will be available at select Nike Basketball retail stores.
